Testimonies from parents:
“Bhavita has been tutoring my 8 year old son in English for a few months. He finds creative writing difficult but Bhavita patiently helps tutor in a way he can understand and importantly makes sessions varied and enjoyable (but will be firm when necessary). She cares and is passionate for her students to achieve the best they can.”

ALL ABOUT PANDYA'S TUTORS
Background
My name is Bhavita Pandya and I have had the privilege to teach as an Advanced Skills teacher in an outstanding secondary school for 16 years. My hard work and dedication has helped children make progress using timely interventions to help reach their maximum potential in Humanities. I have also been an advisory teacher for the Borough of Harrow in which I spent time in local primary schools raising the standard of teaching and learning in RE. To widen my skills set and experience, I retrained to teach with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) children in a primary school. This has enabled me to teach numeracy and literacy across KS1-2 and prepare children for their 11 Plus and SATS exams.
Having the benefits of such a broad spectrum of experience, has inspired me to become a private tutor to help students beyond their classroom environment. I am able to provide each pupil with tailor made lessons to suit their individual needs. Through conscientious and differentiated planning, my lessons cater for a variety of learning needs and styles (Visual, Auditory, and Kinaesthetic).
My philosophy :
My role as a tutor would be to provide your child with the best resources to build their confidence in any areas of weakness with English, Maths and Life Skills . My creative and motivational approach can help your child to learn and absorb new information as well as further their knowledge to help them prepare for their exams.
The Stages of Tutoring :
1. Baseline assessment- this is to determine which level your child is working towards.
2. Creating a developmental programme with clear set targets.
3. Identify areas of strengths as well as areas to build on.
4. Work through a series of English and Maths exercises and providing the child and parents feedback.
